Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, your primary task will be engaging with Australian clients to sell motor insurance products. You’ll need to:

• Deliver top-tier customer service and build trust over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Convert warm leads into successful sales using persuasive techniques.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and product expertise.

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following:

• Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• Language Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English.
• Experience: Prior work in a call centre, sales, or insurance is beneficial.
• Energy & Personality: Positive, resilient, and passionate about helping people.
• Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts aligned with Australian time zones (e.g., 00:00–08:00 or 03:00–11:00).
• Drive: A target-focused mindset and the ability to bounce back from challenges.
