What You’ll Do
As a remote customer service representative, you’ll be the friendly voice behind a brand trusted by thousands of pet owners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assisting UK customers with orders, subscriptions, and general queries
- Managing issues with empathy and efficiency
- Representing the brand with a friendly, helpful tone
- Navigating CRM systems and communication platforms
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following:
- Love cats – seriously, it’s non-negotiable
- At least 1 year of contact centre experience OR outstanding communication skills without formal experience
- Excellent spoken and written English, as you’ll be interacting with UK customers
- A fast and stable broadband internet connection
- A quiet home office space, free from distractions
- Backup power solution to manage load shedding
- Proficient with computers and online systems
