What the Role Involves

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the store management team and creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll help drive performance across all store KPIs while also maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards. A big part of the role includes customer interaction, offering assistance, making product recommendations, and promoting loyalty programmes.

Your duties will include contributing to team motivation, handling multiple tasks, managing time effectively, and adapting to customer needs. You’ll be responsible for executing store strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s identity.

What You Need to Succeed

To qualify, you’ll need a Matric certificate, with at least three years of retail experience and a minimum of one year in a leadership role. You should be adaptable, independent, and customer-focused. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong planning and organisational abilities.

Key strengths include the ability to work in a high-energy environment, take initiative, multitask efficiently, and remain detail-oriented. Experience in strategic sales planning and customer value management will be highly beneficial.
