About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales and promoting the latest trends in menswear, footwear, accessories, and fragrances.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Representing the Markham brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience by identifying and meeting customer needs.
• Tracking your sales performance and working towards exceeding your targets.
• Staying up to date with the latest fashion and décor trends.
• Seeking new sales opportunities both on the floor and in the community.
• Restocking merchandise to ensure the store always looks its best and is ready for customers.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, you’ll need:

• A Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
