As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating positive customer experiences, supporting store operations, and contributing to a high-performance retail environment. You’ll be expected to engage customers, offer expert product knowledge, and help them find the perfect solutions to meet their fitness and sportswear needs.

Responsibilities include:
Being an ambassador for the Totalsports brand and delivering outstanding customer service
Exceeding customer expectations by offering the right solutions and product recommendations
Monitoring and tracking personal sales performance against set targets
Staying current with sports fashion trends and product knowledge
Identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow sales
Replenishing stock and maintaining an organized, shopper-friendly store

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)

A passion for people and a love for sport and fitness
Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
