About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the Jet brand, responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for every customer. You’ll play a vital role in offering expert product advice, exceeding sales targets, and maintaining a fully stocked and visually appealing store.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional customer service.
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Actively monitor personal sales performance against set targets.
• Stay updated on fashion and home décor trends to better assist shoppers.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell where possible.
• Assist in stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for trade.

Qualifications & Experience

• A completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate is required.
