Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Product Preparation: Manufacture, prepare, and wrap a variety of meat products including sausages and mince according to specifications and production budgets.
- Stock Management: Conduct regular quality checks, rotate stock, remove expired or damaged goods, and prevent unnecessary wastage.
- Pricing & Labeling: Ensure items are accurately priced and labelled, particularly loose and random-weight products.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all hygiene protocols and equipment cleaning standards.
- Customer Service: Engage professionally with customers, offer advice, fulfill requests, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Security & Cold Chain Compliance: Adhere to all in-store security protocols and ensure cold chain management is in place for perishable items.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in English and should embody key qualities such as:

Experience in food production or a similar retail environment will be advantageous. Applicants should also be flexible and willing to work across different store locations if required.
