Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times
- Assist in completing sales transactions, including processing cash, card, or check payments
- Support product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor
- Ensure merchandise is ticketed correctly and matched to received paperwork
- Help develop and maintain merchandise displays under the guidance of store management
- Use selling techniques and product knowledge to meet individual and store sales goals
- Greet customers at the entrance and assist with product selection
- Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping across the store
- Safeguard store assets and follow all company procedures
