Job Purpose

The successful candidate will assist management with day-to-day store operations while ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining store standards and following company policies and procedures at all times.

Key Responsibilities

As a Permanent Part-Timer at adidas Sable Square, your duties will include:

• Delivering the highest level of customer service to every shopper.
• Handling regular sales transactions, including cash, credit, and check payments.
• Assisting with stock processes, including ticketing products and verifying deliveries against paperwork.
• Supporting the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Assisting in developing merchandise displays, following visual guidelines or schedules set by store management.
• Gaining proficiency with the point-of-sale system and ensuring transactions comply with company policies.
• Using effective selling techniques such as upselling and providing product knowledge to boost sales.
• Greeting customers and assisting them in finding suitable products. During peak hours, serving as a greeter at the entrance may be required.
• Maintaining general housekeeping standards to keep the store presentable and welcoming.
• Safeguarding company assets by following operational policies.

Skills and Experience
