Job Purpose
The Retail Sales Associate will support store management in the daily operations of the store while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Process sales transactions including cash, credit, and check payments

- Secure store assets and reduce shrinkage through careful stock handling
- Contribute to visual merchandising and follow management direction on display standards
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and uphold all company procedures
- Use sales techniques such as upselling and providing product knowledge to meet sales goals
- Welcome and engage with customers to help them find suitable products
- Occasionally perform greeter duties during peak hours
- Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness at all times
