About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations through expert selling techniques
- Drive and maximise sales by identifying turnover opportunities
- Maintain store housekeeping and follow visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, cards, vouchers, and loyalty cards
- Ensure all stock leaving the store is paid for and correctly scanned
- Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service at all times
- Establish strong relationships with customers and attend to all queries
- Report compliments and complaints to management
- Support stock control processes and minimise losses

Minimum Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Up to 6 months of retail experience
- South African citizenship
- Willing and able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Clear criminal and credit records
Advantageous Skills
- 1 year of work experience in a retail environment
- Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of fashion or outdoor lifestyle products
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
