Role Overview
As a Sales Associate at The Fix, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations by offering tailored solutions and ensuring every shopper feels valued and understood.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting The Fix’s unique offerings and values
- Provide outstanding customer service that consistently surpasses expectations
- Monitor sales performance and actively contribute towards achieving targets
- Sell a wide range of products, keeping up to date with the latest trends in décor and fashion
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Assist with replenishing stock to maintain store readiness and product availability
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Matric (Grade 12) is mandatory
- Passion for people and customer service
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting
- Capable of working independently and showing initiative
- High attention to detail to ensure quality customer interactions
- Skills in building customer loyalty, negotiation, and effective selling
