Key Responsibilities
- Represent the American Swiss brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Exceed customer expectations by offering personalised solutions and expert advice
- Keep track of sales performance and actively work towards achieving targets
- Sell a diverse range of jewellery and stay updated on the latest fashion trends
- Identify new sales opportunities and build lasting customer relationships
- Assist in replenishing stock to ensure the store is always customer-ready
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Passion for people and customer service
- Target-driven with a strong focus on delivering results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
