Job Overview

The Store Administrator will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the store by handling all key administrative duties. From capturing data and processing invoices to handling emails and internal reports, this position ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Capturing invoices and GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers) on the point-of-sale system
  • Collating daily cash-ups to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Updating spreadsheets and capturing documents for management use
  • Pulling reports as required by management and head office
  • Ordering uniforms for staff and ensuring stock is maintained
  • Responding to emails and assisting with store correspondence
  • Supporting general store administration and paperwork

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Matric certificate
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
