Job Description
As a Cellular Consultant, you will be a proud ambassador of the HI brand, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their communication needs, and offering the best mobile solutions available. Beyond sales, you will actively track your performance against targets and contribute to maintaining an appealing, well-stocked store.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding service that exceeds customer expectations
- Identifying and recommending the best products and solutions for customers
- Staying updated on the latest trends in décor, fashion, and cellular technology
- Seeking new sales opportunities and helping grow the customer base
- Assisting with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for customers
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is required
- A strong passion for people and customer interaction
