Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, consistently delivering an outstanding in-store experience
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to exceed expectations
• Meet and exceed sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills
• Stay up to date with current fashion and décor trends to inspire customers
• Seek out new sales opportunities on the floor and beyond
• Ensure shelves are stocked and the store remains visually appealing and ready for trade
• Track personal sales performance and contribute to team success

What You Need to Apply

• Matric (Grade 12) is required
• Passion for people and a natural ability to engage with customers
