The popular jewellery and accessories retailer is searching for a full-time Sales Associate (40 hours/week) to bring energy, confidence, and a love for people to its vibrant in-store team.

Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the Sterns brand, delivering world-class service to every customer who walks through the door. Your role is to build strong connections, recommend stylish products, and help ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a passionate brand ambassador, ensuring a memorable shopping experience
• Exceeding customer expectations by offering tailored solutions and fashion-forward recommendations
• Tracking and contributing to daily and monthly sales performance
• Maintaining updated knowledge of current product lines, fashion, and décor trends
• Proactively identifying new sales opportunities
• Supporting stock replenishment and keeping the store ready for business at all times

Requirements

Essential:

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
• A genuine passion for people and delivering excellent service
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment
• High attention to detail and ability to take initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Advantageous:

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment
• Knowledge of jewellery, fashion, or décor trends
• Strong track record in hitting or exceeding sales targets
