What the Role Involves
This position focuses on driving sales and elevating customer service by offering expert advice and tailored product recommendations. You’ll also help maintain store readiness through stock replenishment and visual merchandising, ensuring the store looks fresh and exciting at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every shopper has a memorable in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
- Track and meet sales targets consistently
- Stay up to date with the latest fashion and lifestyle trends
- Replenish stock, maintain merchandising standards, and assist with stockroom operations
- Identify new sales opportunities to grow your department’s performance
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
- A strong passion for people, fashion, and customer service
