Job Purpose

You will support store management in daily operations, maintain store standards, and provide excellent service while following all company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Adidas service to every customer.
• Process sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks.
• Assist with ticketing products and verifying stock against paperwork.
• Support stock movement from the storeroom to the sales floor.
• Help set up merchandise displays based on store plans.
• Learn and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Use upselling techniques and share product knowledge to meet sales goals.
• Welcome customers, assist with product selection, and act as a Greeter during busy times.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general housekeeping.
• Protect company assets.

Skills and Experience

• Strong interest in retail and customer service.
• Initiative and problem-solving ability.
• Positive and clear communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous fashion retail experience is an advantage but not required.
