Adidas is hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Permanent Part-Timer in Polokwane. This position offers the chance to work with a leading global sportswear brand, combining operational duties with direct customer service.
Job Purpose
You will support store management in daily operations, maintain store standards, and provide excellent service while following all company policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Adidas service to every customer.
- Process sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks.
- Assist with ticketing products and verifying stock against paperwork.
- Support stock movement from the storeroom to the sales floor.
- Help set up merchandise displays based on store plans.
- Learn and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Use upselling techniques and share product knowledge to meet sales goals.
- Welcome customers, assist with product selection, and act as a Greeter during busy times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and general housekeeping.
- Protect company assets.
Skills and Experience
- Strong interest in retail and customer service.
- Initiative and problem-solving ability.
- Positive and clear communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous fashion retail experience is an advantage but not required.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Matric certification or equivalent.
