Key Responsibilities
• Provide top-level Adidas customer service to every shopper
• Complete sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks when needed

• Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor on an as-needed basis
• Help develop and maintain merchandise displays based on management guidance
• Learn and efficiently use the point-of-sale system while adhering to policies
• Use sales techniques like add-on sales and product knowledge to meet sales targets
• Greet customers and assist them in finding products; sometimes act as front-door greeter during busy periods
• Maintain store housekeeping standards
• Safeguard company assets and ensure their proper handling
