Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a WOW experience
- Address individual shopping needs and put customers first
- Serve customers promptly on the sales floor and via telephone
- Advise customers on products, pricing, and warranties
- Demonstrate and explain products to customers
- Sell products, including add-on sales and services
- Ensure correct pricing and effective product displays
- Execute promotions and merchandising plans on time
- Report on fast- and slow-moving products to the Store Manager
- Participate in stock takes and inventory counts
- Minimize stock loss and control expenses
- Protect company assets in your area of responsibility
- Maintain housekeeping standards and store layouts
- Undertake additional duties as requested by senior management
Entry Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of six months retail experience
- Own or reliable transport for shift work

- Stay updated with current SOPs
- Cooperate with the implementation of new technology and methods
- Participate in regular appraisals and personal development reviews
