Job Purpose
The Permanent Part-Timer will assist management in day-to-day store maintenance, support sales activities, and ensure adherence to all store policies and procedures. The role contributes to maintaining high service standards and smooth operational flow in the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service to every store visitor
• Complete sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, as needed
• Support product ticketing and verify paperwork against received items
• Assist with product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor
• Help develop merchandise displays or follow display schedules set by management
• Gain proficiency with the point-of-sale system and ensure compliance with store policies
• Use selling techniques, such as add-on sales and product information, to achieve sales targets
• Greet customers and assist them in finding suitable products; act as a front-door greeter during busy periods
• Maintain general housekeeping standards
• Safeguard company assets and maintain store integrity

Skills and Experience

• Strong passion for retail and customer service

• Clear and upbeat communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not required
