Totalsports is seeking a Sales Associate (120hr) to join its Mtubatuba store in KwaZulu-Natal. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while driving sales and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding customer experience
- Identify customer needs and deliver the best possible solutions
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets
- Sell a diverse range of products, staying updated with décor and fashion trends
- Seek opportunities for new sales
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is customer-ready at all times
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric)
