Position Overview
The Sales Associate will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while promoting American Swiss’ diverse product range. The role focuses on building customer loyalty, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the store’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying updated on décor and fashion trends.
- Identify opportunities to generate new sales.
- Replenish stock to ensure the store is always ready for customers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
