The Seasonal Sales Associate position is ideal for energetic, sales-driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. You will help create memorable shopping experiences, support store performance, and connect with customers during the busy holiday season.
Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers receive excellent service. Responsibilities include assisting customers in finding suitable products, exceeding expectations, and actively identifying new sales opportunities.
You will track sales performance, sell a wide product range, and stay updated on décor and fashion trends. Keeping merchandise replenished and the store ready for customers is also a critical part of the role.
Requirements
Candidates must be South African citizens with a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent communication and selling skills are essential. Retail or fashion experience is advantageous, but passion for customer service and sales is the priority.
You must be reliable, able to work under pressure, and manage customer queries and complaints efficiently. Availability for retail hours, immediate start, and reliable transport are required.
