Role Overview

As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide expert advice on beauty and skincare products, promote merchandise, and maintain a professional store environment. You will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in driving sales, enhancing customer loyalty, and ensuring operational excellence in the beauty department.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers, answer product questions, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Maximise sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and promotion of beauty products.
• Monitor sales performance, evaluate product trends, and suggest improvements to boost sales.
• Maintain updated knowledge of beauty products, trends, promotions, and events.
• Manage stock efficiently, minimise shrinkage, and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional standards are consistently met.
• Deliver professional customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks clubcard program to meet participation targets.
• Increase profitability by promoting private label and exclusive products.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Essential: Grade 12.
• Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification.
• Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
• Retail and merchandising experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• Ability to plan, organise, and cope with workplace pressures.
