About The Role
The Beauty Advisor provides professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products. The role involves managing merchandise, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and building customer loyalty. You support the store manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring the beauty department operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with customers, answer product questions, and recommend suitable products
Drive sales through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet monthly targets
Monitor sales performance, evaluate products, and suggest improvements
Maintain updated knowledge on beauty products, trends, promotions, and events
Manage stock efficiently, reduce shrinkage, and ensure operational excellence
Ensure in-store visual merchandising and presentation standards are met
Act as a brand ambassador, providing friendly and professional service
Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks Clubcard program
Increase brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products
Support Clicks’ values to maintain its position as a leading health and beauty retailer

Qualifications and Experience
Essential: Grade 12
Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification
Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing environment
Contractual Hours
38–40 hours per week
