HR Intern Opportunity at Seriti Head Office, Illovo

Seriti is offering an HR Intern position at its Head Office in Illovo, Gauteng. This fixed-term contract is designed as a 24-month developmental programme, providing experiential learning across all aspects of Human Resource Management. The internship prepares candidates for potential substantive positions within Seriti.

Role Overview

The HR Intern will gain exposure to multiple HR functions, including:

  • Employee Relations & CCMA
  • Organisation Development
  • Talent Management
  • Learning and Development
  • Human Resources Analytics & Remuneration
  • Community Development
  • Resourcing (Recruitment & Selection)

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource, Labour Law, Industrial Psychology, Communications, or related qualification
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of labour legislation
  • Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • In possession or able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness

Advantageous Experience

  • Vacation work or part-time employment in a relevant field
