Adidas is looking for a Permanent Part-Timer to join its New Market store. The role focuses on supporting daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with all store policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of service to each customer.
  • Complete sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, as required.
  • Assist with product ticketing and verify paperwork against items received.
  • Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor when needed.
  • Help develop merchandise displays according to management guidance.
  • Gain proficiency with the point-of-sale system and maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Use selling techniques, including add-on sales and explaining product features, to meet sales goals.
  • Greet customers and assist with product selection; act as a greeter during busy periods.
  • Maintain general housekeeping standards.
  • Safeguard company assets.
