Permanent Part-Timer Opportunity at Adidas New Market

Adidas is looking for a Permanent Part-Timer to join its New Market store. The role focuses on supporting daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of service to each customer.
- Complete sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, as required.
- Assist with product ticketing and verify paperwork against items received.
- Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor when needed.
- Help develop merchandise displays according to management guidance.
- Gain proficiency with the point-of-sale system and maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Use selling techniques, including add-on sales and explaining product features, to meet sales goals.
- Greet customers and assist with product selection; act as a greeter during busy periods.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards.
- Safeguard company assets.
Skills and Experience

- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous fashion retail experience is advantageous but not required.
