Purpose of the Role

You will assist management with day-to-day store maintenance, ensuring all store policies and procedures are followed. Your focus is on delivering excellent service to every customer, supporting sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and safe store environment. You will also engage in product handling, visual merchandising, and learning company tools to support store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of adidas customer service to all shoppers
• Complete sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, as needed
• Assist with ticketing and verifying products against paperwork
• Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill-in basis
• Help develop merchandise displays or implement store management guidance
• Learn and use the point-of-sale system, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Apply selling techniques such as add-on sales and product knowledge to meet sales goals
• Greet customers and assist them in finding suitable products; occasionally act as front-door greeter
• Maintain housekeeping standards, including cleaning and tidying the store
• Safeguard company assets and support loss prevention procedures
• Participate in in-store or digital training to enhance product knowledge and retail best practices
• Familiarize yourself with Power BI tools to understand store performance and product trends
