Job Description

• Exceed customer expectations by practicing effective customer selling techniques.
• Adhere to stock loss controls in the store.
• Consistently meet individual sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to maximise turnover and drive sales.
• Maintain housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.
• Create an inspiring and engaging store environment.
• Transact all purchases, including cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and other accepted payments.
• Ensure all outgoing stock/items/scripts are scanned and paid for.
• Process loyalty cards, including accelerated partner cards.
• Establish professional relationships with customers and provide friendly, helpful, courteous assistance and advice.
• Report customer compliments and complaints to management.
• Attend to customer stock queries and ensure they are resolved promptly.
