Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and offer the best possible solutions.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and take initiative to improve results.
• Sell a diverse range of products and stay updated on décor and fashion trends.
• Identify opportunities to generate new sales.
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passion for people and customer service.
• Target-driven and experience-focused.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• High attention to detail.
• Skills in building customer loyalty, customer service delivery, navigating customer challenges, negotiation, and selling.
