Truworths is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Window Dresser for its Coastal Ops Display in the Garden Route, Eastern Cape. This permanent, on-site role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced retail environment where fashion, quality, and customer service excellence are priorities. The ideal candidate will have visual merchandising experience and a strong creative eye for presentation and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized display areas, applying good housekeeping practices
• Implement changes in display procedures and notifications promptly
• Stay informed on current promotions and credit drives
• Enhance Truworths’ brand image through professional conduct and personal appearance
• Answer manager and staff queries on fashion, promotions, and trends effectively
• Address staff and customer questions related to window and in-store displays
• Remain calm and professional in conflict situations
• Contribute actively to overall team performance
• Proactively pursue training and apply knowledge on the job
• Follow security procedures accurately and thoroughly
• Complete administration documentation correctly
• Keep up-to-date on store safety procedures and policies, including OHASA compliance

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in creating displays, including building, painting, wiring, and dressing
• Careful handling and storage of models and props
• Flexibility to adapt to constant change
• Ability to read and follow Implementation Manuals
• Valid driver’s license
