Job Purpose
• Deliver service excellence through professional advice on beauty and skincare products
• Promote products effectively while managing merchandise and store presentation
• Maintain general housekeeping to ensure a clean, organised, and appealing store environment
• Build customer loyalty and maximise sales through consistent service
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with customers, answer product questions, and recommend suitable beauty solutions
• Drive sales through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling of beauty products
• Monitor sales performance and provide suggestions to improve product offerings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, trends, promotions, and events
• Execute operational activities including stock management, shrinkage minimisation, and administration
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising and promotional standards are consistently met
• Act as a brand ambassador by offering friendly and professional service
• Promote Clicks Clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets
• Increase profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products
• Uphold company values to make Clicks the first choice health and beauty retailer
Minimum Requirements
• Essential: Grade 12
• Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification
• Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing environments
