Job Purpose
• Deliver excellent customer service with professional advice on beauty and skincare products
• Promote merchandise and manage beauty department operations efficiently
• Build customer loyalty and maximise sales through product knowledge and service excellence
Key Objectives
• Consult with customers and recommend products that meet their needs
• Drive sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and promotion of products
• Monitor sales and provide suggestions to improve product offerings
• Stay updated on beauty trends, products, promotions, and events
• Manage stock efficiently and maintain high housekeeping standards
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising and promotional standards are met
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets
• Increase profitability by promoting private label and exclusive products
• Represent Clicks as a brand ambassador, providing visible and professional service
Minimum Requirements
• Essential: Grade 12
• Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification
• Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
