Permanent Part-Timer Opportunity at Adidas Cavendish

Adidas is looking for motivated individuals to join their Cavendish store as Permanent Part-Timers. This role focuses on supporting daily store operations, maintaining high standards, and delivering excellent customer service. It is ideal for individuals passionate about retail, fashion, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of Adidas service to every customer
• Process regular sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks
• Support product ticketing and check paperwork against items received
• Assist with product flow from stockroom to sales floor as needed
• Help develop merchandise displays following management guidance
• Gain proficiency with the point-of-sale system and ensure policy compliance
• Use selling techniques, including add-on sales and describing product features, to achieve store and individual sales goals
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products; occasionally serve as a front-door greeter during busy periods
• Maintain general housekeeping standards, including cleaning the store
• Safeguard company assets and support loss prevention by monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity
• Participate in in-store or digital training to improve product knowledge and best practice performance
• Familiarize with Power BI tools to understand store performance, best sellers, and underperforming products

• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Previous fashion retail experience is advantageous but not essential
• Adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing circumstances
