adidas Menlyn is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Permanent Part-Timers. This role offers the chance to gain retail experience while contributing to a dynamic store environment. The position focuses on assisting management with day-to-day store operations and providing excellent service to every customer.

Job Purpose:

• Assist management in daily store maintenance
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Observe and maintain all store policies and procedures

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest level of adidas service for every customer
• Complete regular sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks
• Assist with ticketing products and checking paperwork against items received
• Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor as needed
• Develop and maintain merchandise displays following management guidance
• Gain proficiency with the point-of-sale system while maintaining policy and procedure integrity
• Use selling techniques, including add-on sales and describing technical product information, to meet sales goals
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products; occasionally serve as a greeter at the store entrance
• Maintain general housekeeping standards
• Safeguard company assets

Skills and Experience:

• Passion for retail and customer service
• Ability to use initiative
• Clear, upbeat communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Previous fashion retail experience is an advantage but not essential

Education and Experience Requirements:
