Purpose and Overall Relevance for the Organization

As a Part-Timer at adidas, you assist management in daily store maintenance, observe store policies, and ensure all operations run smoothly. Your contribution ensures that customers receive consistent, high-quality service, and that store standards align with adidas operational expectations. This role supports both customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of store performance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales

• Deliver the highest level of adidas service to every customer
• Complete sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks
• Assist customers in finding products and offer styling advice
• Occasionally serve as a Greeter at the front door during busy periods
• Use selling techniques such as add-on sales and product knowledge to enhance sales

Merchandising and Stock Management

• Assist in product flow from stockroom to sales floor
• Help create and maintain merchandise displays following management guidelines
• Ensure proper ticketing of products and verify items against delivery paperwork
• Maintain proficiency with the point-of-sale system while following policies

Store Maintenance and Security

• Maintain general housekeeping standards including store cleaning
• Ensure safekeeping of company assets and follow loss prevention procedures
• Monitor the sales floor for suspicious activity and report accordingly
• Participate in in-store and digital training to improve product knowledge and operational skills
• Familiarize with Power BI tools to understand store performance, best sellers, and low-performing products
