Role Overview
The Sales Advisor will drive store sales through cross-selling and up-selling, while maintaining high standards in customer service. Creating an inviting shopping environment and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty are central to the position.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Matric/Grade 12 (essential)
- Experience in cosmetics (desirable)
- Experience in retail sales or service environment (desirable)
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of retail principles
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and apply selling skills
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of stock management principles
