Job Overview

The Fix is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates for its Umlazi store in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. This 40-hour role is ideal if you enjoy retail, fashion, and interacting with customers. You will help create a positive store environment, drive sales, and support overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for The Fix and provide exceptional customer service
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Monitor personal sales performance and actively work towards targets
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up to date with fashion trends
• Identify opportunities for generating new sales
• Assist with replenishing stock to ensure the store is always ready for customers

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory
