Totalsports is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for its Bizana store in the Eastern Cape. Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. You will identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, while actively tracking sales performance against targets. Your responsibilities include selling a diverse product range, assisting with stock replenishment, and maintaining store standards to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Representing the Totalsports brand and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Exceeding customer expectations by recommending the best products and solutions
  • Monitoring sales performance and actively seeking new sales opportunities

Qualifications and Experience

Essential requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
