Key Responsibilities

Your role will focus on supporting store management and providing excellent service to every customer. You will engage in various tasks that ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional adidas service to all customers
• Completing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or checks
• Assisting with ticketing and checking received merchandise
• Supporting the movement of products from stockroom to sales floor
• Developing and arranging merchandise displays as directed by management
• Using the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
• Applying sales techniques such as add-on sales and product explanations
• Greeting and assisting customers on the floor or at the entrance during peak hours
• Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Protecting company assets and monitoring for loss prevention
• Participating in in-store or digital training to improve product knowledge
• Familiarizing yourself with Power BI tools to understand store performance and best sellers

Skills and Abilities

To excel in this position, candidates need strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

Qualifications and Requirements
