Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of adidas service to every customer
• Process sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks as needed
• Assist with ticketing products and verifying paperwork against received items
• Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill-in basis
• Help develop merchandise displays according to store schedules or management guidance
• Learn and utilize the point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
• Apply selling techniques, including add-on sales and product knowledge, to meet sales goals
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products, sometimes serving as a front-door greeter
• Maintain housekeeping standards, including cleaning the store
• Ensure safekeeping of company assets and follow loss prevention procedures
• Participate in in-store and digital training (Atticus/AREA) to improve product knowledge
• Use Power BI tools to understand store performance, best sellers, and slow-moving products
