Role Overview
Markham is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for its Richards Bay store. This 40-hour role involves brand representation, customer engagement, and active participation in achieving sales targets. Sales Associates play a critical role in maintaining store readiness, assisting customers, and promoting a wide range of products. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Associate will be responsible for:
- Acting as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Identifying customer needs and providing optimal solutions
- Monitoring sales performance against set targets
- Selling a diverse product range while keeping up with décor and fashion trends
- Identifying new sales opportunities
- Assisting with stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully prepared for customers
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
