Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to stock loss control procedures to maintain accurate inventory.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and identify opportunities to increase turnover.
• Maintain store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to create an inspiring shopping environment.
• Process all purchases, including cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and loyalty cards, ensuring accuracy.
• Handle outgoing stock and ensure all items are scanned and accounted for.
• Address customer stock queries and report complaints or compliments to management.
