Sleepmasters, a division of Pepkor Lifestyle in Evaton, Gauteng, is looking for self-motivated and target-driven Sales Agents to join their team. This outsourced contractor position is commission-based, with weekly earnings linked directly to performance. The role is ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Only Employment Equity candidates are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales activities, including prospecting and cold canvassing, to generate new business.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising and engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client needs professionally.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Basic knowledge of sales and prospecting processes; in-store training provided.
• Strong self-motivation, energy, and drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Courage, confidence, and resilience to succeed in a commission-based environment.
