Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door and online sales within your allocated area.
- Educate potential customers about HYPA’s fiber packages and benefits.
- Build trust with customers and handle objections professionally.
- Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly.
- Represent the HYPA brand positively and enthusiastically.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- South African ID and clear criminal record.
- Smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Availability to work daily in the designated sales area.
Skills Needed:
- Strong verbal communication and confidence in face-to-face interactions.
- Ability to explain products clearly and simply.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
- Basic digital literacy, including WhatsApp, email, and online forms.
Remuneration Structure:
- 1 to 15 sales: R150 per sale.
- 16+ sales: R225 per sale.
- 30+ sales: Additional bonus incentives.
