• Represent the @home Livingspace brand and deliver a high quality customer experience
• Assist customers in selecting furniture and homeware solutions based on their needs
• Drive sales performance and consistently work toward individual and store targets
• Stay informed on product ranges, design trends, and new arrivals
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships and increase sales
• Support stock replenishment and ensure the store is fully merchandised
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing
• Manage the sales process from customer engagement to final purchase
• Provide accurate product information and design guidance to customers
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to improving store results
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and follow up support
• Assist with store administration and operational tasks when required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well presented retail environment
• Support risk management and loss prevention procedures within the store

Requirements And Skills

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification
• Strong interest in furniture, interior design, or homeware retail
• Sales driven mindset with focus on targets and performance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy retail environment
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to plan and manage sales processes effectively
