Core Purpose of the Role
The Junior Fund Accountant supports daily financial operations across retail investment and fund administration functions. You will assist with transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting and operational support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Support Duties
- Loading and processing payments, transfers and collections
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Maintaining account records
- Coordinating daily trade processing activities
- Checking and aggregating trade instructions for pricing and confirmations

- Assisting with Regulation 28 reporting schedules
- Supporting audit preparation and queries
- Managing mailbox communication with stakeholders
Operations Support Duties
- Handling client and internal email queries
- Managing corrections and exception processing
- Supporting bulk processing runs
- Maintaining fund and portfolio data
- Processing fee runs and related adjustments
- Assisting with ballot correspondence and processing
