Job Overview And Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on beauty and skincare products to customers
• Assist customers in selecting products that match their skin type, needs and preferences
• Drive sales through upselling, cross selling and promotional activity
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for the beauty department
• Maintain strong knowledge of beauty trends, product ranges and new launches
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to management
• Support stock control, replenishment and inventory accuracy
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean and well organised
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and promotional displays
• Execute in store marketing campaigns and promotional setups
• Promote Clicks Clubcard and support customer registration targets
• Build strong customer relationships that support repeat business
• Deliver excellent service and act as a brand representative in store
• Follow all retail procedures for stock handling and shrinkage control

Requirements And Skills

• Grade 12 or Matric qualification
• Beauty or skincare qualification is an advantage
• Experience in retail, FMCG or sales environment is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products
• Ability to sell, upsell and cross sell effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused approach with strong service orientation
